My name is Nicole Hawksley I am a certified K-8 experienced educator in the New Hampshire Seacoast Area. I am an elementary school teacher with over 25 years experience. I  also had the privilege of homeschooling my own daughter.  I enjoy all subject areas but my specialty and advanced training lies in teaching phonics and reading. As a parent and educator, it is a joy and privilege to work with young minds. I love teaching and am eager to foster your child with a passion for learning as well. I use a multisensory teaching approach, which is beneficial to all types of learners. I provide my students with creative and meaningful activities that are sure to enhance their educational experience. I am trained in a variety of methods and programs and will determine which one is best suited for your child's needs. I consider myself more than a traditional tutor, but rather an educational therapist. I understand how an individual learns, and my skills go beyond what a typical tutor can do.
